Privacy Policy

This page explains what information HFECloud collects, why, and how you can control it. If you have questions, contact us at hfecloud@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Account details — your email address, display name, and (if you set one) an avatar image and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google instead of storing a password.
Content you add — portfolios, projects, social links, and any images or files you upload. Public uploads are stored on Cloudflare R2; private media (such as project media slots) is kept in a separate, non-public bucket.
NFC card requests — if you request or customize a digital business card, we store the details you enter (name, job title, phone number and email, and your show/hide preferences for each).
Donation submissions — if you submit a donation, we store the amount, the phone number the transfer was sent from, the channel it was sent to, and the display name you choose to show (donations are self-reported and reviewed by an admin; we do not process payments or store card details).
Login and security information — sign-in timestamps, email verification codes (hashed, not stored in plain text), and failed login attempts, used to keep accounts secure.

Cookies

We use a single authentication cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't sell or share your data with advertisers.

How we use your information

To create and secure your account, and to let you sign in with Google if you choose to.
To display the portfolios, projects, and content you choose to publish.
To review and process NFC card and donation requests you submit.
To notify admins of account activity that needs review (such as new registrations or donation submissions).

Who can see your information

Content you mark as public (published portfolios/projects, and donations you choose to make visible) is visible to anyone who visits the site. Anything else — your email, phone number, private media, and donations you don't mark visible — is only visible to site administrators, who manage the platform and review submissions.

Data retention and deletion

You can request account deletion from your profile at any time; an admin reviews and processes the request. Deleting your account removes your profile and associated content. Contact us at hfecloud@gmail.com if you'd like a copy of your data or have questions about what we keep.

Third parties

We use Google Sign-In (authentication only), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), and an email provider to send verification codes and notifications. We don't share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
